Looking at the Zelda series and Kingdom Hearts games they are both two firm series.
I mean, you can get RPG's and adventure games that are too vast and the art work/graphics can be ugly, the music can be annoying, the story isn't interesting and the gameplay is awful but these two series get it all right. I love them both equally! :D
@MrBabymack ok wind waker's story is totally different from ocarina of time first zelda is a pirate and link is trying to save his sister and restore the master sword's power, and ganondorf is trying to un-flood hyrule so he can have his land back and his family too he was nostalgic
KH is WAAAAY better than Zelda. Sora would own Link in a second. Combat for KH is better. Story of KH is better especially since zelda basically uses the same story line for every game. Zelda is alright but it just isnt better than KH. KH is the only game that can take disney characters and make them cool even if you aren't a kid anymore

OoT's story was about a young boy that got a quest from his father (deku tree) to help him die in peace and go meet the zelda and after that zelda tells you that she had a dream about ganon ruling hyrule and all that stuff and then she sends you on to a quest to get the master sword so you can travel in time and make sure that if her dream is right or not and after that you help all 7 sages and travel back and forth in time until you seal ganon in the sacred realm, yup same story as those 2 -.-

Two beautiful games in there own right. One is more of a personal epic fairy tale (with challenging puzzles/dungeons and items which give you the feeling of accomplishment when you finish them.)
And the other one gives you the opportunity to explore the worlds of Disney with an abstract backing story of a boy searching for his friends with a mystical weapon.
Don't say anything bad just because you prefer one over the other.
Zelda, oot is the mOst highly rated game of all time, kingdom hearts cant compete with oot, nothing can, and link is so much more badass then that clown called sora

I like them both but I would have to say I prefer kh, and for those of you who say that kingdom hearts is all about tapping the X & triangle button that may have been the case with kh2 which basically did flanderize the series gamplay (kh2 in general is the easiest game to beat out of the series) with kh1, kh com, kh bbs, and kh 358/2 days if all you did was try to tap X while facing the bosses and thinking you could beat them that way you WILL fail.

Legend of Zelda wins this, even Final Fantasy doesn't stand a chance against Legend of Zelda, respect the classics, it is even referred as the greatest franchise by most critics. No offense to Final Fantasy fans.

There is really no comparison between these 2 games they are both insanely great. story-line, music, gameplay, and their whole creation and environments...I personally like zelda better because i have been playing it since i was 4 but kh is really fucking baddass don't get me wrong it is up there with zelda but to me i don't like to compare these two games. They are both great kickass games. Then again this is my opinion and there will be many others. Just stating....=)

@yuewingman456 Yes at first but if you play all the games in the series such as in KH2 you will know he tries to help everyone. I don' see Link charging into a battle of 1,000 enemies at once (literally) trying to save someones home. And in one scene right before that mickey was telling him to find riku and kairi but he refused so he could HELP OTHER PEOPLE

It has a better storyline,better character personalitys......and it has Ven,one of the most complex characters that I've ever seen.
Zelda is focused on mostly adventure,and it's pretty much repeated each game except for TP and MC:Rescue the princess and beat Ganon.

@silverstar06811 kingodm hearts has a more complex story but on kingom hearts 2 gameplay was very repeated kingom hearts the gameplay was no were near as fun as zelda since sora only has a keyblade and link has many tolls to play with and different pussels are availabel with the tools. if u wana argue whit meh go ahead.

@MrFairyOfTime Well,it all depends on the person who's playing the games.Don't get me wrong,I love Zelda,but it can get repetitive too.I personally think KH is better.it has more complex stories/characters,and it's different from Zelda.While it's true that Link gets items that are fun to mess with,I think KH does more than make up for it with it's normal gameplay.Plus,in the LoZ universe,almost every game ends with a happy ending.BBS,I assure you,had no happy endings.Argh...I'm outta space. D:

@silverstar06811 but of course it has a better story but when it comes to gameplay all you do is tap x inded tapin x is fun because it hardly takes any skill but you see yourself owning tousand of enemies in zelda you cant just swing you sword and hope to win you gota think and boss battles all you do is tap triangle every once in a while when in zelda takes more skill mabe not alot more but defenitly more and trust me i havent herd of any happy endings in zelda you just think they try me.

Not to mention the FF characters would be on their side

@lollypop292 actually anything dat is evil can be destroyed by the master sword and besides like i sed if Rinku came to the KH universe that would be a different story because Rinku will have will have all the abilities that FF and Kh characters have and rinku will most likely beat them and he is more skilled then sora and if thats the case the 2 badasses if dat ever happened would be cloud and RInku (sora is my fave character in KH but he's ok lol)

There is really no comparison between these 2 games they are both insanely great. story-line, music, gameplay, and their whole creation and environments...I personally like zelda better because i have been playing it since i was 4 but kh is really fucking baddass don't get me wrong it is up there with zelda but to me i don't like to compare these two games. They are both great kickass games. Then again this is my opinion and there will be many others. Just stating....=)
