@EVILICIOS left click somewhere in the game, e.g. the hero/shooter and then try again the controls (try the escape button also, it should pause the game)... or try to focus on another window than your browser and then back to the browser and click on the game...

or even try to close any other tabs in the broswer... can't think of anything else...
