I did the circuitry glow effect by taking a hockey helmet and putting green electrical tape on it in the circuit pattern, then used a greenscreen filter in Vegas Video to make a glowing overlay for the regular video.
Hilarious, and very well done look. More episodes? But - the MCP as matchmaker? More than a little creepy ;-)
