  • do you have all the original parts in this video? if so, could you suggest me how to improve my wheelie? I can't get that front wheel off the road

PS: I have a wr-R but it should be the same I guess

  • Nice! Hey 12 I know you have the 50 stunt rear and front sliders on your bike now, can you get close to full lean when riding twisty roads? Thanks

  • You can still go really really low, didn't affect my lean.

  • fuckin awesome dude...

  • would you think a smaller rear sproket would help with top speed? Or is it just out of power when it gets up to around 90... I know you would never put a smaller rear on because you like doing slow wheelies, but just asking..

  • no, the bike does not have enough power to even tach out in last gear. a smaller rear sprocket would make it worse, the bike can barely hit 90mph going down hill with the wind. If the bike had enough power you could hit exactly 100mph in last gear taching out. If you want to go that fast get the 300cc kit

  • no, the bike does not have enough power to even tach out with stock gearing, if you get the big bore 300 kit, or maybe the turbo, the bike will do 100mph with stock gearing.

  • no it will not help, the bike does not have enough power, get the big bore 300 kit, or maybe the turbo, then the bike will do 100mph with stock gearing.

  • @12oclocker haha, well, see, I will be getting the 2010 KLX which only has 18rear wheel hp... So either the 350bb or 330 with turbo kit would be a nice add-on... I like the apperance of the KLX much better... Maybe you could express your thoughts on the klx?

  • @COD4SNIPER2 I actually had both the klx and now a wrx and id never even look at the kawa again. Dont be fooled by the looks, you get use to seeing it after 2 weeks then wish you had the yama.

  • Is this bike as fast as the DRZ 400 SM?

  • no, drz is 5 to 10mph faster top speed

  • what gear are you popping the wheelie when come to the little stop and then pop it?

  • nice:D

  • COOL MAN THANX

  • whats the top speed

  • 89 ~ 90 mph riding with the wind. in 6th gear, takes a while to get their, like about 2 miles. that's actual calibrated speed, not the 7% high reading the stock gauges gives you.

  • Nice work!!

  • Way to show some skills man, sweet video. You make it look easy.

Makes me want to add a smaller sprocket up front but then I probably coudnt cruise at 80 mph on the highway.

    Is that the stock exhaust?

  • Yep, Stock Exhaust, it's all stock except -1 in the front and a SpeedoDRD speedometer calibrator.

  • Nice I can hit 93 mph on the street with my 08 WR250R if you give me a long enough straight away but I dont have a speedo healer so I think I was really doing like 86-87 mph based on what others have told me and from my tests using a handheld GPS for comparison.

  • at 93mph, you were actually going 85.8mph, the WR250X is 7.7% off from the factory.

  • Is the WR250R speedo the same difference off as the X? I know the wheels on my R are way taller than the X.

  • it's also around 7% off.

  • Are you using one of those aftermarket tail light kits or did you chop the stock one down? I have been thinking about doing something like that to mine cause the stock one is sorta ridiculous.

  • I made it.

  • you using stock gearing for this?...nice vid

  • -1 in the front.

  • how tall are you? I need a size comparison ;)

    Thanks, 5/5!!

  • 5' 10''

  • I love this bike, but couldn't hit the rear brake in time on mine!

  • ultimate dewd!!

  • how much are those brand new? DAM I WANT ONE

  • something like 6,100 msrp.

  • Love those sitdown O's, bike sounds nice aswell =P

  • thats a sick bike!
