And I saw an angel coming down from heaven, having the key of the abyss and a great chain in his hand. And he laid hold of the dragon, the serpent of old, who is the devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years, and threw him into the abyss, and shut it and sealed it over him, so that he should not deceive the nations any longer, until the thousand years were completed; after these things he must be released for a short time (Rev. 20:1-3).
Gods supreme authority over Satan was not only demonstrated in eternity past, but will also be demonstrated in the future. We read in Revelation that one solitary angel will bind Satan and incarcerate him for a thousand years:
The weak infant is burning in his crib. I am watching his tender flesh burning away. The flames are blackening the body of fragility. Clouds of smoke have filled the manger. The child's screaming has finally stopped. The incinerated skin crumbling faintly to the ground. I stare at the corpse and now remove the skull. It is time to return to the depths of doom. As demons praise my return. I enter my crypt and place the trophy above my shrine. Behold! The son of god is now dead!
Jesus once said something concerning Satans fall from heaven that will help us understand how much power Satan has in comparison to our omnipotent God:
And the seventy returned with joy, saying, Lord, even the demons are subject to us in Your name. And He said to them, I was watching Satan fall from heaven like lightning (Luke 10:17-18).
Thank you ~ God bless you too! By the way, if you can get in touch with your church's music team, why not introduce this song to them? I'll write out my chords here(lyrics are in the song's description).
This song is beautiful... on the pre-chorus, the tense keeps changing from past to present and back n forth...maybe it might sound better if it was just in the past tense (just an idea). I prefer this version to the other btw. keep it up!
I love this song! It refreshes my spirit and soul!

Sterile crucifix, represents incompetence.
Foolish lies from the son of god.
The false prophet of eternal life.
Lucifer laughs and throws him into the fire.
Jesus no longer exists, he has drowned in the fiery abyss.
Leviathan rises forth, hunger satisfied by a holy corpse.
Burn your bible in vain, Lucifer shall forever reign.
Praise the dark demons, their blessing we have invoked.
Slay the begotten lamb, his flock is dust in the sand.
On a battered cross, christ's head is served.
