I believe the arma 2 engine is to shoot bad guys, not to play the sims.

What about an arma 3 with maps similar to this one and beng able to fly the same way?

And what about an Arma 3 editing DVD with advanced mission editing tutorials for dummies? Many people would pay well for this.

Can this get moded and transformed into a combat game similar to Arma 2, but with an amazing city to play in?

The answer to this is what will make many hundreds of players to decide if it's worth purchasing the game or not.

The game looks great, but many people are not keen on helicopters, unless they can get shot down ;)

No, it's a Chopper sim using the Arma 2 engine but with a few updates. Flight model is more realistic.
