I think it wouldn't be a bad idea to disable the chat specifically from 12 year olds. They should have their own channel where only if an adult accepts them, they would have the oppoprtunity to talk to them because trust me they blabber more during the game than overseas couples on Skype and you can't even hear your weapons fire. There has to be a separation between little kids and more mature gamers because trust me it isn't always fun... Not when they're screaming like little 5 year old girls.
