  • 12 month contracts for PPC! You will never own "your" campaign.... so why call it yours? If something goes wrong they just use it on your competitor later. How many managers work your account? How many hours of service and what work do you provide for the management fee? Did you know Google offers full transparency of account changes and activity? Do you share this with the client? Do you charge a management fee regardless of clicks?
