you have made it too complicated and boring...u can get the same effect with in seconds by radial gradient or just fill the canvas with any color and apply plastic wrap filter..or if u want a stylized look then apply any filter from texture ones they are really nice for background effects!

@gandabacha12345 I kinda like doing my stuff manually, this way you can also control the opacity of each individual layer, if you find this complicated, then you would be totally lost after two steps if you tried one of my upcoming complicated tutorials, you must be at a very very basic level at Photoshop if you find this complicated, my 8 year old little sister is capable of doing this, I try to make my tutorials as simple as possible, this is how i do it, if you don't like it why are you here?

@gandabacha12345 - I AGREE 100%. Photoshop Users can do complete this task in 10 seconds (instead of 5 minutes like in this video). All one need do is use the RADIAL BLUR tool.
