  • Damn brother.... this was a riveting video!! Great run... and I love your attitude regarding the dropped rifle. All in all..... well worth my time watching! Stay safe!

  • were can you find paper target stands like that

  • Just watched the whole series for the first time. It great

  • hey whats the best trigger forthe money to run on a RRA car a2? i was leaning toward the geissele ssa-e, but you know best.

  • @TheAirsoftbeast22 Before you go switchin crap out, try the rock river two stage that comes on it....its really a great trigger.

  • aww no shotgun part. to bad yo

  • Anybody know if nutnfacy supports Ron Paul?

  • This series is awsome. If you pay attention you can learn somthing for sure..

  • Hmm you should train a few volunteer cameramen to follow you on these trips. I'm sure lots of TNPers would volunteer their time. :)

  • Man I would love to go and do something like this!

  • 75.6 seconds + 2 seconds = 78.6 seconds, how's that work?

  • That guy at 9:15 mark seriously had way too much shit on his rifle lol

  • What type of scope do you have on your Rock River AR?

  • I dont like the fact that there are no back up irons on the instructors gun.

  • Poor nutn begin for a camera man.

  • Dude man! Where's the Mini? oh well. It's funny. I'm not on the level of an instructor (I started shooting regularly three months ago), but he said the same thing that I've told a couple of people and maybe more that I can't remember, "you have to lean into your firearm/target or you'll start to rock back." I like to imagine it as a "prejeduce press" just to give the mindset of the possition.

  • I just spend 2 months deciding whether to buy an AK or an AR. After seeing all of the multiple jams in this video, I am glad I went with the AK

  • @xivietal666headx. I think the Frankengun's chamber is out of spec. It's probably not reamed to 5.56.

  • NUTN wins that shoot in the beginning. I can only hope to be that good one day.

  • Just a question for nutn, and anyone else with an HONEST opinion... I'm leaving for USCG basic in about nine weeks. I have heard from friends in the service and others retired military, and they don't seem to think of the coast guard as an actually military service. What's your opinion? (This won't change my opinion of the Coast Guard, I just am curious of others opinions on this subject)

  • @ThaBR33D People say the same thing about the Air Force. I just ignore them. Maybe they don't realize the truth or maybe they're just insecure. I'm sure they'd change their tune if they needed to be rescued at sea. They'd be crying like a little girl, hugging that Coast Guard diver oh so tight ;-)

  • @ThaBR33D Its more of a para-military organization. The CG is not sent overseas to wage war, but if the war comes here, then its ready for combat. Id say it's more of a Federal Law Enforcement/Search and Rescue unit. They see a lot of combat at times, but they are not publicized as much, thus, not getting as much glory as the 4 main branches. Not that they dont deserve it; it's just media. It's one of your first lines of defense on the home front....and you have a better pay grade.

  • @sniper244 I just wanted opinions of others... It is a part of the military. They were actually the first ones in Iraq (D.O.G. 'Deployable Operations Group' equivalent of Navy's SEALS) Also coast guard has to be aboard a navy ship to board vessels in foreign waters.

  • @ThaBR33D I stand corrected. I havent heard of the C.G. doing any overseas operations since Viet Nam. I didnt put much research into the subject and have shown my ignorance. I have only dealt with The C.G. during security operations after Katrina. I knew they had to accompany the Navy on ship boardings, but assumed it was only in U.S. waters. Hell! They are just as Military as the Navy then. Thanks for the info. Im always happy to learn where I am deficient.

  • thank you so much for filming that. priceless really

  • So O.J. is kinda responsible for your scope getting ruined.

  • Awesome stuff! I love these videos!

  • i wanted to see OJ run that first 3 second drill on full auto!

  • guy at 00:42

    super cop mustache lol

  • Dude that sucks about you scope. But like you said it is a great data point to know that in a real life combat situation if you drop your weapon with that particular scope than it most likely will not hold a zero.

  • I went to a camp and did training like this with a Recon Corpsman.

Its a LOT harder than it looks.

  • Great video series. Any time I get a chance to watch and learn aspect point of views form a instructor or an individual that shots on a daily basis I soak it up like a sponge. I nessesarly dont take all of it but I do take bits and pieces and apply it to my on going system of function. For example on mag changes I will always train as if in combat so I will never through my mag on the ground instead I will train my motor skill to dump it in a pouch. I would switch to side arm if I needed to firs

  • That dude at 9:18 stinks of tacti-cool!

  • Wow Jason Bourne is teaching people about rapid fire!

  • Great series of videos, lots of solid advice from what are clearly very experienced tactical instructors.

  • Thanks for bringing some of the LETC to us. Seems to be some great training and you did an awesome job filming as always. I felt your pain when you showed us your scope on your R.R. Ouch! Hope all is well with your scope and your were able to re-zero it again. You did a great job with the Mini 14, way to go.

  • Thx for sacrificing your trigger time to film for us instead of shooting.

  • @partya11night20

right on, alotta stuff I learned that I can implement next time I shoot. Thanks for capturing alot of the instructors comments Nutn

  • Awesome vid of the course, Nutn!! Once again you outdid yourself. What i noticed from some of the shooters is you could really tell which shooters had practiced or had experience with their equipment systems. It was way noticeable during the mag changes and off hand shoot.

    Keep up the great work!!!

  • how do people dislike this video? seriously... wtf? i'm pretty sure there are dedicated Nutn haters who make it a point to "dislike" every video he makes.... people are so lame. keep it up though and ignore the haters... you rock Nutn!

  • @heydudewhatsup Nothing to worry about, the haters represent less than 3% of the viewers that like the video, can't please everyone. I think that majority of viewers would agree that this video is pretty damn cool, I wish I could go to this kind of tactical training where I live, I'm pretty sure people would pay good money to get this advanced AR training.

  • Thanks for all the sacrifices bud! Including loosing sleep to bring us great videos like this one

  • Random background dude at 1:03

    "Whoa"

    HAHA!

  • Outstanding video Nutn, keep em coming.

  • Cool video nunt', Keep em' comin'

  • 10 Dislikes on the vid? Some people are just douche bags. lol

  • @djknucklez1 That's 2.5%, it might just be people clicking the wrong button.

  • stupid subs obscured this vid until today....

  • 14:20 Damn, those double mag set ups have all sorts of short comings. Did you see where he went to smack the release and he hit that flimsy ass metal instead?

  • Hey Nutn you're right handed, left eye dominant right? What techniques do you use in rifle/ shotgun shooting?

  • LETC Actual is the coolest video series yet. I've watched a ton of your videos too. It's not a knock against previous vids, just a complement on how good this series is. Awesome instructor!

  • 15:40, what gun is that?

  • @NickDenning3 Robinson Arms XCR

  • im pretty sure a tissue or the corner of your shirt would have done just as good a job of "dressing your war wound"

  • Wow, nice video - thanks for it. The man at 13:44 did a fine job switching to lefty. I think i'm going to practice that.

  • Love what you do TNP! Keep up the excellent work and keep inspiring us thirsty souls out here! :O)

  • you interfaced:-) I like interaction myself. Love your quality vid's avid fan

  • VTAC barricades!!

  • a lot of it seems like it should have been obvious its like every time he says something you have to facepalm due to not doing it before. awesome trainer. he explains it very well.

  • @12:39 Does that guy have an A1 bird cage flash hider on his SBR? It sure kicks up a lot of sand if it is A2, and not A1.

  • Thanks officers for helping to keep the bad guys off of the streets.

  • @Vernonu9 Amen brother, we all appreciate it!

  • Great video as always. Great shooting thanks for taking the time to film this stuff.

Yes that huge glock mag was funny lol.

  • I really like the type of drills shown in the vid. Especially the ones that help teach as many techniques as possible with limited ammunition. Helps to maximize the amount of training to ammunition expenditure. In other words, getting more for your dollars.

  • @Cr0cket20 thats why i train with my archangel 10/22, you have the same principals that apply. except for like a 1/10th of the price.

  • @jaimefbaby Ya BUT u dont train on the same battery of arms its whole diffrent platform cheaper yes but i would go with a mandp 15-22 or cmng 22 conversion

  • @spharis2 There's little to no difference. I personally prefer the ruger, so I just put a tactical stock on it and do these drills accordingly.

  • @jaimefbaby theres a lot of diffrence between the two ive got both ur safteys diffrent bolt catch, release i mean realy u train on that for a while and u start lookin for the 10 22 s saftey on a ar platform in a real life threatining situation ur gunna b catchin bullets every second counts....see what im saying?

  • Respond to this video... i mean not to b rude tho im just putting my experiences into perspective and saying what ive learned

  • @spharis2 never said you were wrong, I completely understand what you mean. But not everyone can afford blasting away at targets from lest then 50 feet with .223 rounds, to me its pointless. If im practicing run and gun technique's of course.

  • Do you have to be in LE or Military to go this camp?

  • @AgentVIIXIII Duh! Watch the whole video before you ask questions. Sorry.

  • i wish i was older... :(

  • RAWR FRANKEN AR!!! i think i saw a kitchen aid on that thingXD

  • sweet pair of Juliet oakleys

  • seriously man, how the fuck do you manage to make so many videos and still hold done a job and do air national guard and have a social life? You must have really good time management skills

  • was that woman shooting a beretta c4x storm??

  • @SkeletalMustang you must be a gamer

  • @tackywacky99 I've never see it in a game.

    @SkeletalMustang Yes, it is.

  • @jordanm6 cool

  • @tackywacky99 im guessing you dint know what it was

  • At 9:10 is that Hubble? Definition of a "forum gun".

  • "smorgasbord"- what a good word! you have taught me something new today.

  • Comment removed

  • It may be a personal preference issue but I don't find that the buffer tech mag cinches cause any interference as long as you properly align the right hand mag so that it will be under the AR's dust cover. Especially when using standard STANAG mags.

What *does* worry me a bit is about the magazine catch being strained by the extra weight and maybe dropping the mags out or not wanting to catch the other mag on reload. It feels like you have to tap the 2nd mag in instead of just clicking gently.

  • Simple question; Can you make something on winter gear?? just asking

Great shooting as always; keep up the good work, love it

  • Man, I hate that the female officer was so awful! There are plenty of us women who are very good shots. She did not represent our gender very well.

At the same time, at least she was trying to get some training. That's more than I can say for most LEOs.

  • @africanflower84 LMAO, as self-righteous pampas ass retired peace officer, my first thought was, "what is that dispatcher doing out there!!!?" JK, well sorda. :-)

  • that looks like fun

  • @31:43. 75.60 + 2 seconds is 77.60, not 78.60. But hey, who's counting anyway?

  • must admit thats pretty sick with the blood on your name tape at the end of the video.

  • "Hopefully I don't need stitches"....??? It's a scratch, action hero! You really must be tired.

Loved all the verbal instruction though. Like you said, us civ's don't get to hear any of the stuff saved for LEO's so this was good times. Thanks for cramming it in.

  • thanks

  • Thank you for the dedication, no sleep and video(s). Just asked for an evil roy for christmas. They must have all the action targets. Looking forward to future videos. Man your always cutting yourself. At least this time it wasnt with a tenacious haha. Keep it up and thanks for ALL the hard work. Hi veri:)

    JD

  • Yeah Kyle the instructor was really a dick towards Nutn... Just short the entire time with him and really talking down towards him. I would not like to take a course from him myself.

  • @whosthere1 Just seems Kyle sees Nutn doesn't need as much training as the others. So therefore is going to spend less time on him and more with those who need it. A good way to look at it is like a math tutor. A math tutor doesn't spend all their time talking with 'A' students, they spend it with the ones who need help.

Just my opinion on the matter.

  • @goldwest57 Earlier yesterday Nutn replied to someone that said Kyle was being a douche. He said in post production he picked up on that too.

  • Yes! Frankenstein AR!!!

  • whats the point of having a scope on and having a red dot on your rail?(camo Ar guy)

and do you know what optic that XCR was running?

  • @machinegun911 hehe...the Frankenstein AR. Who knows. That whole rig was weird.

  • @machinegun911 the scope is usually zeroed for long range shots while the red dot on the side can be used for closer engagements; all that drama just because someone didn't want to have to twist any knobs on his scope, lol.

  • @machinegun911 I don't know what HIS purpose is, but some 3-gun guys have two optics like that so they can shoot targets close up and far away more easily. They almost turn the gun sideways to shoot close. That guy looks like he built his AR out of household appliances, and then threw a 20lb scope on it!

  • @machinegun911CAN be a good system, not with the red dot mounted DIRECTLY on a side rail at 90 degree angle. My supervisor runs a similar system due to BAD EXPERIENCES in Iraq with the ACOG w/the Docter on top, you come high up off your cheek weld to use the red dot, not very instinctive. His has a standard Acog on the receiver rail and a TRS-25 on a 45 degree offset on side rail,u just lean ur head into the stock to engage close, not twist GUN 45 degrees, works well w/practice best o 2 worlds!

  • A Really Nice Vid to finish up the series.

  • good stuff

  • good stuff

  • Keep it up brother! Thanks for one more excellent video, thanks for losing sleep and rest to allow us to have access to such instructive footage! ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ!

  • awesome vid as usual. thanks nutn!

  • liked most of what i saw. lots of similarities from the class's i have taken, especial the ones i went to held by the A.M.U. IN BENNING.

  • Another great vid Nutn! Nice shooting, bummer about the scope damage! Hope it's not too bad!

  • What model earmuffs is Nutn wearing?

  • Hey Nutn, great Vid Thank you. Question: What kind of shoes are you wearing ? I think they are Salomon but i am not sure, if so what model? Thanks again.

  • Dude, I think you rock the hell out of that Mini-14. I've long been a fan of it and i'm always getting ragged on by members of my unit for it. Keep representing the mini fans out there, dude, and shut up the doubters. I noticed that while some of the guys were hiccuping on their m4s the mini experience nadda... LUV IT!!!

  • Nutn - what does he mean when he says you are "Still bumping around a little bit"?

  • You should really post and then annotate these as quickly as possible, otherwise once you post them they will be days late on our subscription queues (I just got it and it says posted 4 days ago, almost missed it).

That is why the LETC videos, while among your best, have such comparatively low viewer count. I am only saying this, because it is in the interest of TNP.

  • appreciated

  • Outstanding vid Nutn', great lessons, great flim, great photo's and very nice shooting sir! i think ol Frankeshite learned his lesson , K.I.S.S., cheers for all the effort, time, sweat and blood,ha, that you put into TNP, Whiskey Delta brother.

  • HAHA,, Frankengun's back 8:49

  • Awesome. I remember one of your earliest videos where you said you don't need expensive training to become proficient. While I agree with that, I think watching others in training like this - and studying what they do is a good starting point for those of us that can't spend the time or money getting training like this ourselves.

Thanks for getting out and getting this kind of training, and filming it so thoroughly. It's a starting point for the rest of us.

  • @TheLateBoyScout I agree with Scout. What a great opportunity! Thank you Nutn for sharing. I’d be curious what a training day like this costs for civilians. Great job by the way with the “one man video crew”

  • Nov 27???? I just got it today! 01 Dec. What's up YT?

  • @Glockster42 He had it private till now, idk why.

  • You can tell these guys don't do too many drills... but hey - what's new? Most cops aren't into the "gun culture" or the 2nd Amendment for that matter... Unless it's a video game, of course... Sorry 'bout the scope Nutnfancy

  • @TruthWarriorFilms

Good cops are into those things. Not the video games, by the way. You just haven't met the right people. They do exist.

  • @ninjalex08 I'm sure there are a few... LOL. I have two friends that are cops, one is with the city PD the other is a deputy sheriff, and one rather be building muscle cars and the other rather be out fishing instead of taking a few hours to hit the range... I'll have to send them the link to this channel, and maybe they'll get a little inspired.

  • Good Video

  • wtf .. this vid has only just this minate shown up in my sub list GRRRRRR YT!

  • @TheDishD You too? The vid didn't appear on my list till AFTER the "SubZero Memories" vid was posted. Thought it was just me, or that maybe I just missed it...

    *(WARNING- overexagerated humor to follow)*

...But now, I don'know, some pritty weird stuff goin' on in here bro. Vids dissapearin' and reappearin'. Haunting apparitions in the comments, Tis spookey, eh?

(okay, maybe not as funny as I thought.) ;)

  • @Trigunnie45 LOL gunnie =] welcome to the Twilight Zone (of YT) =] take care brother.

  • Lots of good shooting advice in these vids. I would have liked to see the sgl 31 brought out but we all know how much you love your mini 14! Great set of vids nutn. thanks!

  • art of the dynamic carbine- enough said

  • 9:05

That guy tries to make his gun too tacticool. That is a God awful amount of clutter wtih little to no use...

  • Did they say what the distances were on the steel targets?

  • as always a great vid. always seem to learn something. keep up the good work

  • You Gotta do a review on your RRA, wont buy it unless you tell me too and have had my eyes on that gun for a while now

  • @navyseal312 I want one also. Didn't think I would ever want one but after this set of vids at this range I have to get one.

  • @navyseal312 You shouldn’t overlook a mil spec AR like Colt, Bravo Company, or Daniel Defense. With RRA, Bushmaster, and others they don’t equip their AR’s with a genuine USGI M16/M4 mp tested bolt carrier / bolt extractor spring upgrade, or a heavy buffer. Since 2005 the ATF doesn’t classify an M16/M4 carrier as a Title 2 machinegun part –perfectly legal to use in an AR15.

  • @navyseal312 Colt, BCM, and DD AR15’s all come standard w/ a genuine “full auto” M16 bolt carrier – the heavier bolt carrier addresses potential reliable issues that have been well documented using the lighter weight semi-auto carriers.

  • Nice job Nutn. You rocked that final course considering the dropped mag and having to switch to offside at the barricade.

  • Drooling on the keyboard again, lol. I just completed a MAG-40 class with Massad Ayoob, and loved it. I wish LETC had a civilian class - it looks to be very high quality. Thanks for bringing us along on yet another Nutnfancy adventure! Nice job on no sleep, too!

  • Haha, I like when the instructor said, "Woah! You've got a really fast trigger finger."

  • Awesome vid as always!

  • the RRA 2-stage match trigger is stock right?

  • Hey, Nutn. why don't you incorperate an support side position on the sledgehammer?

  • Thanks for the video Nut. What you do is appreciated..Now go get some sleep.

  • another vid that didn't show up on the sub box

  • Train the same people who are gonna be knocking on yer door when the shit hits the fan and taking yer ass away.

  • @solimiansky See, that's why it's not safe for LE to have automatic weapons ;)

But seriously, I don't think it's fair to be that general about it. I can't see my sheriffs taking or even allowing the feds to come grab guns. Sure there's a few dinks, but more people are waking up every day. Check out a guy named Sheriff Richard Mack sometime. He stopped the feds from enforcing the Brady bill. You just got to make sure you have the right neighbors is all. =)

  • Comon Nutn! You know better than to take off your gloves! You always get banged up when you take off your gloves! haha keep it up and you might lose a finger! all jokes aside, great video.

  • "still bumpin' around a lil bit but its not too bad" yeah thanks coach, thanks for not offering any info on how to fix it. GOoD GuY...in my opinion if you break off like the first two or three fingers on your Vert-grip and get those fingers to choke up on the bore a bit more you might get rid of some of that wiggle. It is uncomfortable for some shooters and nutn has possibly already tried it. Oh and try to get that stock all the way in, theres some still stickin out on top in my opinion

  • What the hell lol it sounds like a mad minute going on in the background at about 8:43. Was somebody getting excecuted via firing squad O.o Anyways, awsome vids! I'm searching to buy a tactical rifle, prefferably one that will work 1 point slings, the AR and SCAR models being the best, time to start saving!

  • Natural Breathing > Breathing Controll

  • 9:01 "you got all kinds of fancy shit on there"

  • Great vid. I would've loved to see you try that final run one more time without the magazine drop and the wolf ammunition issue.

  • Nice OU hat at 15:15! Sooners!

  • love this drill, just wonder why people dont use ironsights no more?well i am 40 and when i was in the army we dont have aimpoint bla bla bla, coz my army today have some kind of aimpoint at the Ak,s so someone must think u shoot faster with scopes, cant understand that. at this distance i will go iron. up to 150 m i go iron. and i hit pretty well then;)

  • @lazer70 It isn't that folks think irons are bad, it just all depends on how you were brought up shooting. If you were rased on irons you tend to shoot more irons.

But I think the reason most shooters prefer optics is our long history of trying to make all our shots count. No point in having a gun that shoots fast if you can't hit spit eh.? And optics tend to help folks with bad eyes.(like me, my eyes suck)

But even with all my "fancy" scopes I still shoot most my guns with irons.

    Cheers =]

  • @Trigunnie45

absolutely! Optics are awesome, but optics like anything else can fail. You just need to train with your system h-core, and train with your system in a fail mode(ie optics out, lights out, double feed at night time, etc. I can't imagine why anyone can make a true argument in how iron sights are bad (unless the iron sights on the gun are truly dysfunctional)

  • @THarrisson "can't imagine why anyone can make a true argument in how iron sights are bad (unless the iron sights on the gun are truly dysfunctional)"

Well if you got a Wasr 10 or sum such you could very well have your irons jacked up.

But yes, I think it's wise to practice with both irons and optics. My hunting rifle is a Mosin 91/30, all she's got is irons, cheap ta shoot too =] Same with my A2, runs irons only. The only(current) gun I shoot optics with is a rem 700 bolt gun.

    Cheers =]

  • @Trigunnie45 , well maybe i am an old fosil who cant learn new things;) nowerday i have seen optics on the minimi 5.56, thats horrible hahaha

  • Love this series man, looked like alot of fun and some great training on top of that

  • great vid good coverage by you. it shows people the need to train thanks again

  • right off the bat i picked up this instructor guy is a huge douche

  • @rike889 He seemed very knowledgeable...but he did seem awfully condescending to Nutn didn't he?

  • @Praetorian27 VERY!! At 00:45 "Oh you gonna go too, I cant wait to see this!". WHAT IS THAT ABOUT! Then "Selector has to be on safe", "Its on safe", "I know Im just telling you"! QUITE an ego on that guy, Ive watched this 3 times (day off!! WHAT LUCK!) and every time Ive seen it, I see more and more of a disrespectful attitude.Seems like he's trying to ditch Nutn as he's trying to talk to him, people say he doesnt take constructive criticism, hes polite the whole time and adapts his techniques 2
