Fantastic and very extraordinary movie! Great mix of Drama, Horror and Thriller - had much more sense than so-called "Horror Masterpieces" I've seen recently.
Ryan Reynolds, Melissa George, Jesse James, Jimmy Bennett and Chloe Moretz did an excellent job.

best movie ever!! its soo fucking creepy but it still has like an amazing story line... i hate horror movies with jus like random gore and murders everywhere and it doesnt actually make sense.... but this one everything makes sense... which is y its soo scary =)

its based on a true story, a story where the house is actually not out in the woods, but in a neighborhood on the water, and the family moved out after 28 days because they claimed they had "experiences." The house in the movie looks fairly similar, but not completely

Can anyone belive that they tryed to make the hunting in connecticut like this i mean thats an insult to the amityville horror its so much better than the hunting in connecticut. The hunting in connecticut was a really shitty cheap verison of the amityville horror with shitty actors of course. But the amityville horror was a great movie and deadpool (Ryan reynolds) makes it that little bit better:L:L

Fantastic and very extraordinary movie! Great mix of Drama, Horror and Thriller - had much more sense than so-called "Horror Masterpieces" I've seen recently.
Ryan Reynolds, Melissa George, Jesse James, Jimmy Bennett and Chloe Moretz did an excellent job.
