  • great video mate. Im currently 190pounds roughly 10% Body fat, i train with a high intensity method (mike mentzer) have you ever heard of it? I eat with a nutritional ratio of 60%carbs, 25% Protein & 15% fats.

  • Have you tried mixing dextrose or powder-aid power with creatine mono-hydrate its a cheaper alternative to CELLTECH for muscletech which is highly over priced and is 75% sugar by weight

  • Excellent advice, definitely going to get some of that oatmeal powder.

  • @adam49855 if you go to sams or walmart and get some oats .you can and grind it down to a whey powder form.i purchased a 9lb of oats from sams for 6.79.100 servings 1/2 cup of oats is 300 calories.this puts on some clean weight.
