  • So he said 2010. It is now Aug/2011 at time of writing. Have there been delays and when will we see the first flight?

  • EVE? You're gonna get sued by CCP. :/

  • hey ben still think 2010 is the year of seeing regular Virgin Galactic flights

  • I hope the economic crisis doesn't have a huge impact on Virgin Galactic!

  • I'm pretty sure Virgin has enough money to keep this going =)

  • maybe if the shuttle could possible run on solar power and still be safe, i might agree that it is o.k.

  • Does not but u into low earth orbit. big mistake for a specialist. it is a sub earth orbit. lol.

  • Yeah, I just caught that... I can't believe we missed that, TWICE in the video. ***SUB ORBITAL FLIGHT***

  • @supergarret or he ment to say low :/. sub is implying "below", sub orbit "below orbit", this is not his intended word as he means "low" but still in orbit..

  • @gugger77 Sorry to upset you but I actually had a reply from the guy who runs the show and he told me he did make a mistake. Low earth orbit is where things like the space shuttle travel. High earth orbit is where geo-static satalites are. BUT BOTH ORBIT THE EARTH. Sub earth orbit means the ship does not go around the earth. This means straight up into space and back down without going around the earth.

  • @supergarret why would i be upset you only proved me right, you stated nothing against the shuttle being in " LOW EARTH ORBIT" dum dum dum...

  • @supergarret not once did i state that high earth orbit or low earth orbit didnt orbit the earth, i was stating the fact that the root word "sub" in "suborbit" is implying below, which it is

  • Im not going to trust someone who can't spell "pilot".

  • Amen to that! She's a beauty. And Branson is no obsessive compulsive at least not known like Hef was or anything.

  • Stop spamming

  • that is so cool! i bet that not a home made vid ^^

  • So because you can't figure out YouTube you rate the video lower. Nice, thanks for that.

  • i agree that responsible technology is important. some research of them will show that low eco impact is important to their business plan. many of today's technolgies we enjoy are products of the space program. competition for NASA is a good thing. the more competition in space will eventually enable the regular joe's like me and presumably you to take a "joy ride" or more importantly - to be able to travel intercontenental in a fraction of the time it takes now and for a fraction of the cost.

  • I completely disagree. VG has gone out of their way to create an eco-friendly rocket for SS2 and even then the rocket won't fire until it is at the very edge of our atmosphere so the impact will be minimal.

Even outside of that, as mentioned in the video they have driven the cost down from many, many millions to hundreds of thousands. In a couple years it will be tens of thousands. Then thousands. This is the first great leap forward in 30 years and is going to open up space travel, IMO!

  • Its sad, cause mhirtes12 is so right on the money

  • probably less than all the carbon footprint you and your offspring (if anyone that desperate decides to mate with you) will leave over the course of your insignificant and complaining-on-the-internet pathetic lives.

  • Ah, but the difference is that I'M not a hypocrite who's going around telling other people to live in unheated caves and eat nothing but their own dung while sipping fine wines on a private yacht while getting a lapdance.

And yes, I personally wouldn't mind a private yacht, a fine wine and (Helz Yes) a lapdance myself, but at least I won't be a two-faced twat who lobbies governments to force everyone else to live like Medieval peasants.

  • u Americans shud def eat less/

  • And idiots in HCMC should get a clue.

  • I'm giving the video four stars, and considered five. I'm giving the the trolling three. Obviously it worked, because are calling you names. But it isn't anything more than, well, flaimbait.

  • Actually, I am the real deal. I really do think that Branson is a tool and a hypocrite. Sooner or later, everyone else will see him to be one too. I'm just ahead of the curve.

  • He's also, sexy, confident and successfull. You?

  • Why are you sucking off that hypocrite's dick for?

  • Darling, if only.
