Some of yall can be so aggravating. Stop comparing Audrey to Thuy. Those were two different characters of the same person played two different ways. Audrey played Trini as a tomboy and Thuy played Trini as a calm experienced martial artist. They both added their own personalities to the character and both characters were good. If Audrey would've never left the show, you'd only KNOW HER character as tomboy Trini and would probably like her just as much. Stop comparing the two women!

I know what you mean, it's the same for all unaired pilots and actual pilots, like Charmed. Many people say horrible things about the actress who originally got the part and say that Alyssa was so much better and the other one was horrible. They each bring a good qualities to the character.

To tell you the truth, I loved Thuy and all but I'm pretty sure that if she was never casted as Trini, I'd probably still like the character Trini because I think the tomboy concept would've been cool as a contrast to preppy Kimberly. I'm pretty sure that most die hard youtubers aren't open-minded enough to realize that's there's more than one way to skin a cat or in this case, play a character but we're talking about youtubers though. SMH

I actually never thought of how they contrasted each other. It's true. It would have been a great contrast. Kind of like Billy and the other guys. They were all smart but Billy was more into academics and was a little clumsy while the others were into dance and martial arts.

I kinda wished Audri stayed just so I can see how she would've been as Trini. I think she would've been awesome because in the pilot, she kicked ass, on more than one occasion. LOL

Lol guys the girl who auditioned for the yellow ranger part DID make it! She was on the first pilot episode, but left for some other reason due to personal issues i believe. Trini was her replacement. I wouldn't mind either one of the 2 to be completely honest.
