That's false. The short-form version of his birth certificate, posted online a year ago, is de facto proof in a court of law of the date and location of one's birth. Additionally, all typewritten or xeroxed copies of that certificate hold the same exact legal weight.

Dual citizenship and natural born citizenship are not mutually exclusive. A natural born citizen is someone born in the US. That's all it is. Obama was born as a natural born citizen of the US, AND a citizen of Kenya by merit of the fact that his father was Kenyan. he certainly wouldn't be the first president to be born with dual-citizenship status. Citizenship in other countries does not prevent one in any way from becoming president.

It won't change the facts. The fact is that the state of Hawaii long ago ruled Obama to be a natural-born citizen of their state, and according to the constitution, the individual states are the sole authority in determining the citizenships of their own constituents.

It is there. Start with Supreme Court rulings where they state you have to look eleswhere for the definition. Then read the writings from the founding fathers, along with other court rulings and what the founding fathers relied on when they wrote the constitution. It's all there. Closing your eyes to it won't make it go away.

NO they didn't. As NONE of the founding father's were born in the US--it didn't exist till they were in their late fifties. So if we want to buy into Alan Keyes bizarre tautological view of who can be president, then keep on blowing steam about secession and revolution. I didn't vote for Obama, I voted Libertarian on principle, and I hate socialism and oligopoly alike; and so I HATE Obama's policies. You are exactly right! That is why promise to delete my acct because I just don't have any faith in Keyes or Taitz. I think a more streetwise lawyer and team could have done a much better job. Taitz is a loose cannon that is emotionally up to the point of not handling herself well in the courts. As you can see, she gets slammed in every court.

You can call Hawaii yourself to verify the authenticity of the birth certificate. I'm sorry to use as large a word as authenticity. How about legitimacy? Still too big a word? How about real? What they showed on the screen WAS NOT a Birth Certificate! It was a certificate of live birth with virtually NO info on it and was given to ANYONE by the state of Hawaii .......EVEN to babies born OUT of the United States!!! DO THE RESEARCH AND FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF,!!! I DID!! Get out your own birth certificate and compare the two if you don't believe it!

Just for a moment, let's assume that what Orly Taitz says is true. Then what? As far as I know, as soon as the Electoral College elects Obama, he is the President. As far as I know, once he is the President, the only way to remove him from office is by the process of impeachment, and as far as I know, that process can only be carried out members of Congress, not by citizens.

The kenyan birth certificate was proved to be forged. It didn't even get the name of the country right. In 1961 when Obama was born kenya was called the dominion of kenya. In 1963 it became the republic of Kenya.
