I personally don't eat McDonald's anymore because they aren't as clean as they can be while making their food. They don't even wear plastic food gloves while they make and touch your food! The point about obesity is just stupid - i am quite sure that 99% of people who eat in McDonalds restaurants are aware of that fact that eating burgers from McDonalds does not turn you into Mr. Fitness. They could put a sign on every restaurant saying "Exaggerated consumption of food from within this restaurant will make fat" and people would still go there and eat themselves to death.

Your argument is clearly pre-computer age. And what you call theories, although correctly, is in reality the accumulated result of centuries of verifiable observations. To discard them you need verifiable observations as bases, which is very unlikely to happen. This is your insurmountable problem.
