this shouldn´t even be on youtube, it makes no sense, at least we can see how irresponsible mothers realy are, and the dangers of not keeping an eye on kids. No one knows what happened to the little girl, she probably hurted herself, no reason to laught, you can see the mother´s affliction and nervousism. Unfortunatly this kind of accidents can happen :(
