  • @SParkApCider I basically work out for a good 45 minutes i spend 20 minutes in cardio

  • @kawaiijamaican112206 increase the intensity of your cardio. You can do this by interval training, which is alternating from high to low speeds. Ex. Warm up 5 minutes, coast to a slightly higher speed for 3 minutes, coast to your max for 2 then lower it to a comfortable speed for 2. Then repeat. You want to do cardio until you are exhausted, but not bored. So interval training is one way to intensify your cardio training without spending a lot of time doing it.

  • @GILakaGP3 sorry to say but booty is mostly genetics, although exercise can help out a lot if ur not "gifted"...like buffy says, stay with squats, lunges, sumo deadlifts, and sprinting. eat a clean diet as well, cuz it will got to ur stomach if u over do it, i would say stay around the 2000 cal range, with about 120g of protein a day in that mix....

  • @GILakaGP3 or u can do like my girl n get on depo provera, no lie, she gained 20 lbs after bout 4-5 months, mainly all in her butt/thigh region but again, genetics played a role cuz her mom got a booty, too much for me, lol...my girl is now at bout 46in hips, she's 5'6" n bout 150lbs, im VERY content, lol....

    All birth control pills can make women gain weight and deform the look /symmetry of your body. And completely screw up your hormones and the health of your body making weight loss nearly impossible until you go off of them, and even then it is a struggle.

    I don't understand the fixation with women wanting to pack on the pounds in their rear ends and hips, to make their bodies look disorted and completely out of proportion:)

    Yes, having a small waist, wide hips & shapely behind is attractive. I know, as that is exactly how I am built.

    However, there is distortion in women's & even men's perception of what is considered attractive due to the whole video vixen thing. Completely normal healthy attractive women are doing everything in their power including putting their health at risk by packing on the pounds just to aquire huge butts, big hips and thighs.

  • @ExoticCalli packing on the pounds is indeed unhealthy and completely counterproductive in my opinion, as weight gain won't stop on the lower body. But gaining thickness by building muscle is completely healthy and a positive way to alter how you look. I understand what you mean of course in that the more common this becomes, the more of a common and for many women, unobtainable standard it will become. But honestly, I still think women who desire to look this way are way less compared to those

  • who strive to achieve the more slender ballerina-like look. At the end of the day, it's all about moderation. Someone like beyonce to me is perfection. The typical video vixen is a little much for me personally. As long as you stay healthy while trying to achieve either of the looks and do it because it is what you think looks more attractive, go for it! There are just as many fans of Megan Fox type figure as there are of J-Lo's. Nobody can be responsible for what a woman does with her body.

    Carbohydrates = pasta, bread, rice, potatoes, oatmeal etc.. Eat those foods & sit on your butt all day and watch your booty expand:) And most likely other parts as well.

    I know that those foods in particular bulk me up very quickly especially in the butt and thighs. So I stay clear of them for the most part. Really take a look at what people who have larger butts eat, you will notice a fixation for carbs.

    But of course if it isn't in your genes to store fat in the butt area then it will be difficult. Think of how some women store fat in their breasts primarily making them larger and how others store fat in the rear.

    Also, some women just have larger gluteal muscles to begin with.

    yeah it's more of a genetic thing. even some siblings or cousins may possess different types of butts.
