The clip was added in to advert essentially, but at 0:18 to 0:19, that is actual gun camera footage of a hellfire strike on a group of insurgents.

and yes, those people you see walking next to the car, they are real, and they were more than likely killed/maimed. Though they are Iraqi insurgents, most likely Mahdi party, it's still ironic how this has been seen as some sort of joke, and how when I reveal fact my comment is degraded.
