  • hey, thanks for showing and labelling clearly the names of the moves. went to my first aerobics class today and decided to come on here to see exactly how some of the steps were done - this was a massive help and big thank you!

  • very nicely done! as for the push forwards/backwards (double ham) I would push the heels of the standing leg up a little more, so it´s obvious to everyone watching that you really should "jump" on those in order not to spoil your knees. I try not to lower the heel of the back leg with the back-pushes that much so as not to strain my achilles tendon - a college of mine actually had an achilles injury during one of my master classes doing this. anyways, WERY WELL DONE!!!
