  • Do I live on a different planet? This was the original and no cover comes even close to it.

  • The Judas Priest version sucks large purple veined donkey dicks compared to this.

  • best cover is the one from melvins

  • Happy Holidays

  • i like the priest cover a whole lot. but this is so much more sinister

  • Don't get me wrong the Priest version is really a cooker, but this version is full tilt original and the soul of the original is solid so solid... I gotta animate to this sucker!!! it flat rocks... it was goth before goth knew what it even was!!!

  • The Priest version could of been made by a computer....you'll never know the difference.....This version however you can hear the Human being in it...mainly the mighty Peter Green & Danny Kirwin....it's called feeling in your playing and it is discovered by playing the Blues....the root of this/their music. The amount of idiots that think to play like Jimmy Page, for example, you need to learn hard rock/metal....nope it's Blues.'Blues' does not exist in Metal, it may do in scale but not in Soul.

  • @TheMidnightOnline The Priest version was what I got to hear 1st I like this better Im 23 and love the old classic stuff Blues /metal/rock

  • sorry, I know the purists are gonna hate me but the Judas Priest version absolutely slays this!!!

  • @bunniman1908 i WILL TREAT THAT STATEMENT WITH THE CONTEMPT IT DESERVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @bunniman1908 I'm not a purist - some covers are better than originals. You're wrong on this one.

  • @bunniman1908 I don't hate you, but I think you're mistaken. The Priest version is very good - the musicianship is spot on. I wouldn't be surprised if those guys grew up watching Peter Green and Danny Kirwan playing this in 1970. But to me, it isn't nearly as powerful as this original version. So heavy (but not metal). There is something so tortured about the sound of Peter Green's voice, not to mention his guitar, and yet he does it with a big old toothy grin.

  • Classic...has always been 1 of my favourites !

  • God bless you Mr Greenbaum

  • Real good blues influenced rock n roll!

  • how very excellent
