It's not too difficult~

First, load the file you'd like to adjust/modify. Depending on Audacity version (mine might be a bit outdated, but go to (in the menu) Effect > Spectral Processor > Change Pitch. It should add that the tempo at most will be preserved during the conversion. If the menu system is a bit different, then just look through the Effects menu. It should have "Change Pitch" or something similar somewhere.

I just tried out different variations before getting one that sounded decent to pass as a male human being without sounding borderline.

It's quite fun though some songs just doesn't transcend too well because of gender based pronouns and stuff in Japanese or other languages that uses it.

Anyhow.. it's quite fun~

Actually, "amurita" is not the correct given spelling though it is pronounced as such in the song (and in some fan arranged romanji + translation lyrics). :)
