In case Dave doesn't pick this or answer here I'd say that you can't just get someone to like you. Notice you, yes. But like is a different matter. That's something that either will or won't happen and there's no rhyme or reason for it. What you shouldn't do, though, is anything that's not true to being yourself otherwise you'll be trapped in that role from then on. If you just want to be noticed then robot dancing at inappropriate moments may do the trick.
