@Dudongo86 Yea, the RNC/Mata Leao grip on the straight armbar is so much tighter. It's like squeezing a tube of toothpaste from the bottom all the way to the top instead of starting at the top.

@zachbmt409 its not for teaching ,its fun and the student is practising defense of a single technique.Dave is a savage coach,one of the best in the states ,there are few if any with as high a level throws and newaza together.Very intelligent as well

There looked like a white belt laying on the mat. (the girl picked it up). That guy needs to work on trying not to give up his back, and getting mounted so easily, the black belt shows why he has a black belt. Smooth and quick transitions to get to the arm. NICE.

Spleen, they're a close group and often joke around and laugh with each other. No one had any problems there before or afterwards. It was all in fun
