@sakuraiben The CZ1000 is just a 101 with fullsize keys and membrane switches instead of buttons. Otherwise they're exactly the same inside and use the same sound engine.

Excellent work!

I've owned many of these...sold them all. The time and tedious nature of programming, just didn't do it for me.

I prefer dedicated knobs/sliders.

These keyboards are going for less than a hundred bucks sometimes on ebay.If you get the cz 5000 or the 3000 you can layer this patch and make it more realistic and powerful.

When I was young casio synths were the real people affordable synthesizer...

I agree this is a nice sounding and well built synth and it was very cheap back in the day. I doubled it with my old DX7s through yamaha fx module and the sound was fantastic. I still have it though it's never been turned on in 20 yrs + . Hope it still works when i dust it down tomorrow!

@kaluwaku666 Not to mention the 5000 has a pretty decent sequencer on it. Instead of putting out the CZ-1, they should have given the 5000 velocity and pressure sensitivity, kept the sequencer and called it the 5000 Mk II or something.
