Alot of these trucks run whatever motors and build 350s and 40 pluss tall tires.

Some times you can just put tractor tires on regular wheels, and sometimes yo just gotta find tractor wheels that fit your axels or have adapters made.

As for the axels

Theres some military surplus yards that carry em, and then theres craigs list.
