Techincally not after the Cisis in 1985 , Earth Two was wiped out, Power Girl returned to continuity with a diffenent origin, recently on the JSA titles, after the events of Infinte Crisis, Power Girl and the JSA travled to Earth Two where theyt met another groupo of heroes and the Power Girl of Earth II. Aside that continity stuff , which i am not a Fan Power Girl development a s character is nothing like supergirl , she doesn t prtetend to be perfect, has tantrums, lots of insecurity , etc

Mary Marvel was around in the Fortys but didn't become part of dc until the 7o's. Capt. & Mary Marvel, Ibis, Minuteman, Bulletman & girl, Spy Smasher, etc. belonged to Fawcett. Flyman & Girl, Comet, Shield, Black Hood, Steel Sterling, Jaguar, Fox, Web, etc. Belonged to Archie comics. Capt. Atom, Blue Beetle, Night Shade, etc. Charlton but most of these later became part of DC.
