  • Nice video. Yeah, I thought there appeared to be some nosewheel shimmy also!

  • Thanks for the video; a great learning tool. Was there too much power or airspeed during the flare, or is it normal for the Sport Cruiser to float that far? I didn't see any ballooning or sudden drops, so I'm only trying to understand what I saw. Thanks again.

  • This is a very good video. I just purchased a small cam. to record when , I take lessons. The text on the video helped. Good Job.

  • A student recently noted that he thought the camera position was off-center. Actually, this is an accurate view from the pilot's seat. It seems off-center because 1) the nose of the aircraft is pointed and to the pilot's right so it is never between the pilot and the end of the runway, and 2) the wide-angle lens curves the edges of the picture (very noticeable at the bottom of the instrument panel to the right.

  • This is an early effort to create training video for our flight school and will be updated soon with a new, more-stable picture with audio from the radio and instructor comments. It has already been effective in teaching the pattern, partly because it presents the procedures in real time while incorporating audio and visual cues.
