The barber sort of Looks at someone when the music starts, I think someone off camera is playing music without vocals from some sort of portable device. the singing is Real on camera, picked up by the overhead mic. In post production they directly mix in the original music with what was picked up by the microphone.

Seems like the bigger stunts have the performers wear wireless Mics, or just have the vocals in the track from the beginning.

I think they sing it without music. Then add the music track in after in post production :D

That's why their voices are of normal level, and the music doesn't sound live at all.
