Collar is better than a harness as there are less contact points for skin allergies. Plus he's much happier on the collar, for some reason he always hated his harness. The collar was also suggested by an expert dog trainer as you get more control. He's 20 months now....still loving his collar and walking brilliantly on his lead. Cheers.
