Just when you're feeling pretty high and mighty, you can throw on this song and remember what a belly crawling snake you've been. PJ's like this mirror of truth you hold to your face. Better than a confession booth. Side note - This album cover always creeped me out like she was going to turn into the old lady in the tub from The Shining.
I only got into PJ Harvey this year after listening to 'Let England Shake'. Godamn I've been missing out. Got this album on vinyl a few weeks ago. Been listening to it non-stop since.
I own every cd I could buy and download, yet when I am on youtube I cannot help but search her and add to the ratings for she deserves more ratings then she gets. Here's to you PJ :)
Wonderful.

@Zeric47 yeah, a lot people don't realize how fucking incredible she is. I was fortunate enough to discover her in high school back in the 90s.

@Zeric47 : Knew her by name for more than a decade but I never got into her music. Now she nearly kills me. Lovely.

I don't know why, but the semi-instrumental section from 2:06 to 3:15 has me in floods of tears. Just about the most powerful bit of music I know.
