Bobby had more potential since the beginning. but being a younger brother, his family and the people focused on the elder brothers.He applied those energies when he was attorney general and when JFK got assassinated, bobby knew now he has an even bigger task at his hands,and just as brave a soul he was,he took the challenge, despite the emotional devastation he went through.
