  • I followed your cardio clips those last 12 weeks doing them every single day mixing them with some other clips of yours.

    And during those 12 weeks i lost a lot of fat thank you very much !!

    i recently receivered from Tennis elbow, so want to start exercising after a gap of 1.5 years.

    i used to go to gym for 4 years regularly.

    pls suggest, if week 12 is the end for following our valuable cardio routine.

  • @sohil8701 Yes I only made week 1-12 cardio clips...but I did a clip for you to use to intensify the weekly cardio clips... called "USE THIS TO ADD INTENSITY TO my WEEK 1-12 Cardio Clips"...try doing 2-3 rounds then try the week 1-12 cardio clips...ok?~ahmad

  • i'm 13 and dont know what to do,, i have some stomach fat i'd like to get rid of , and i have been doing workouts and cardio , the only problem is i don't know what i should be eating . and i can't buy one of your books, can you recommend some meals or snacks that can help?

    i have some of your videos on a playlist that i try and do every night , sometimes i skip nights though, and with summer around the corner, i want to be toned and fit !

  • @Breezy12300 Eat nothing white after 12pm. I did that i lose quite a lot of fats. U must also consistently follow his cardio videos. They are very effective.

  • @RexKSD okay thankyou ! but there is so much stuff that's white ! lol . yeah  i try to but lately i haven't been doing them , but i am getting back into doing them everyday starting today !

  • @Breezy12300 yea true alot of stuff are white. If u get hungry after 12pm, get fruits, veggie, and meats. U need proteins and carbohfibre more than carbohydrate to lose those fats.

  • using the desk height as a guide. no idea how low the squat is, too busy concentrating on the kicking! lol

  • Wow, great cardio kickboxing workout...right up my alley!!! Also great for balance and flexibility. Low impact and high intensity = sweating!!! Love it!! You rocked your abs too.....great job Ahmad!!

  • Hey this time I really had help by watching how Anna(LUFCRACE) was going through the process of weekly cardio clips. Last week was killer for the upper body and waist. So I tried a leg clip for this week. I wanted something to work on flexibility, strength, agility, and developing will to work through the intense sections. I really kicked it up a notch a while back do to you too...thanks for pushing me...~ahmad
