@Breezy12300 Eat nothing white after 12pm. I did that i lose quite a lot of fats. U must also consistently follow his cardio videos. They are very effective.

So I tried a leg clip for this week. I wanted something to work on flexibility, strength, agility, and developing will to work through the intense sections.
