Definitely not. Rejuvelac is made from sprouted wheat or other grains. Buckwheat isn't "wheat" and it isn't a grain. The water is just a pinkish slimy liquid. I don't know of any used for it. Give it to your plants.

I use a plastic sieve to drain my Buckwheat then I just leave it in the sieve and keep rinsing it and no worries about draining.
