I really loved Sleep Terror´s first album, but I don´t know about this.. It IS good but it is another style not Sleep Terror.. But I guess YOU ARE Sleep Terror so people are gonna have to deal with it. PLEASE don´t let Sleep Terror get lost in the commercial metal mix!

it looks like a roland synth pickup, you can plug a different cable in to that and then send it to a pedal to make weird snyth sounds. search roland synth on here
