idk about others but this has happened to me before, i got a grenade launcher direct impact on a juggernaut in the spec ops, and it bounced in the JN's head and on his hands and everytime it bounced on his head and back and forth to his arm (btw it went VERY fast) it hurt him till he died :P. also in BO i was playing around with double health and threw C4 at my bud and it did the same thing till he died. anyone else seen this?

well, on cod 4 you can get player matches, unless you just go into a private with your friends. You do not earn xp in private macthes, in ranked matches you get the chance to up your killstreaks, wins, score and oter things, amongst earning xp to lvl up.
