Im more of a death metal screamo type but ive been getting into jazz lately. And this sounds really good . And i was wondering what guitars you would say would be good for a bigginer jazz player like me
Hi mate, you can have a jazzy tone with quite every guitar, rollin' down 3/4 or more the tone knob and playin' with the neck pickup (better with an humb...)...but if u want a real jazz box you could try the Cort Yorktown, a really nice and affordable jazz guitar, or the more expensive Peerless JazzCity or Monarch. Just a little tip, if u buy a real jazz box, try to change the strings with electric guitar strings, you'll loose a little bass and mid, but u'll find it easier to play
Neither do I mate, 'cause I'm not a jazz player, I think that u should check for easy jazz backing tracks on internet and start with these mate. (I've started this way ^_^)
Hi mate, I'm glad that u enjoyed it !! The name is Jazzery, it's an impro that I've played over a jazz backin' track !! Thx for watchin! ^__^....and there's a little of White Christmas in the middle...
I just hope my tribute gibson Les Paul on b.o. will sound that good. Perfect reverb as well. The tribute also has p-90's as well. I would love another catchy bit like that again. What is it any ways?? Sounds familiar... What kinda amp is that?
HI mate, first of all thx a lot for watchin' !! What could I say, this baby is simply perfect (imo)...this one is a really expensive 1956 reissue with P90, but as u can see from my page I do love Studios too..but I don't think that Gibson produces a GoldTop Studio, maybe u should buy a Traditional ( really nice and with the 57 and 57plus pickups !! )
It would an honour to jam with you mate, but I think that we're a little too far....but I've got a lot of relatives in the USA, ( mainly in CA) so, maybe one day :D....Thx again for watchin' my videos !!
Hi mate, try to roll down the tone to 5, use the neck pickup and set the volume at 8 or 7, I was playin with a J Station, non amp, but u should set the controls this way, bass 8 or more, mid on 6 or 7, treble not more than 3 or 4 and a little reverb!
Hi mate, first of all thx, then...i really like the Gibson 57 and 57plus they're warm and really suitable for different styles, from classic rock to hard rock or blues and jazz....but this is my opinion obviously :)
I don't use an amp but an old j station, give it a try if u'll find one!
wow . cheers for you . you are great.
