If there was a legitimate problem LE or voting officials would have taken care of it.  I'd be more concerened with a couple guys creeping around with a camera and a huge flashlight looking to "create" a sitaution that would make for "good" footage. what a tool, i work in law enforcement and if i was him and something happened to my family or vehicles, i'd take his butt to court. if this was such and interference with the voting process, why did they wait til only 1 hour left til the polls closed, the whole thing is stupid, people wantin to play police should stay home, did u notice the mag light he was carrying, like i said....what a tool!!!!

Who's freedom is being imposed upon? What would you do if the Agent came to YOUR house and told you to move YOUR car when you were not ready to. The Agent gave you a perfectly good reason NOT to move his truck YET. The Agent clearly stated he WOULD move the truck once his wife got home. This would allow his wife to park. Only illegal aliens would be concerned with being deported. Not citizens.

If an innocent person can be put to death, it's not that implausible that an American citizen could be picked up by Border Patrol.

The way it interferes is that some people who are Hispanic and who live in areas where border patrol officers operate have heard horror stories and don't want to take any chances.

Unfortunately, being completely innocent DOES NOT protect you from being mistreated by law enforcement.

Everyone knows that innocent people occasionally end up on death row. That's how flawed a justice system is.

Innocent people occasionally end up on death row? Not true, if you look up the numbers you would be suprised, there have been very few executions to people who have been later been proven absolutely innocent, its a highly uncommmon occurance. Not to mention we have barely even utilized capitol punishment in the last few decades.

Of course thats the least of your worries if you are under the impression that BP or other LE agencies frequently "mistreat/abuse" innocent people. Do some research.

There are, as you say, people who have been executed and later proven to be absolutely innocent. There are people who have been absolutely innocent who have been on death row and then "pardoned".
