again, I never mentioned anything about his hand position. You did. I said his compressions were horrible because his arms were not locked enough which can lead to the rescuer giving ineffective compressions. Although any attempt at CPR is good. Just bad on his part seeing as he is a first responder.
The attendant who is doing compressions was doing horrible ones. His arms are not even locked correctly and he is to low to the patient. They also could have called for an A.E.D. as well. Assuming they were trained in it's use.
You can do compressions both ways you can either lock hands on hands like you are saying ,but it is also exceptable to use one hand and wrap your other hand around your wrist , plus its a different country.
I didn't mention anything about the hands. You can use one hand on an adult patient, but generally, two hands is more effective on an adult. On a child, one hand is effective, although you may have to use two depending on the size of the child. The first aid attendants arms were not even locked enough.
yes he died. mostly cause they obviously suck at doing cpr

@ trecoolthree
Right on! I'd hate to have those idiots giving me CPR! They might as well put a .45 pistol to his chest and pull the trigger.

I hate such fake showing of CPR...give people completely the wrong impression of how hard the chest compressions need to be.

That's a couple wanna-be medics. It's a miracle if the patient even lived!

Really weak compressions. If this isn't a fake, then that's one seriously dead kid.
