@PVCcommittee They're working for the white establishments which are billion dollar powerful. For the blk developers it boils down to saving and maintain a job. Which also sheds light on another problem: Multi billion dollar development firms implementing gentrification using other blacks to displace blacks. When the mess hits the fan, the white develop establishment can use the black developer as a 'face' for the media showing black developer agents doing in his own people. RACISM at its best.
