  • My class watch the end but I wasn't there that day so I looked it up. OMFG THIS IS AMAZING!!! I love the music :)

  • can anyone get me the music to where everyone is dead

  • good edit! little confused about the music...but good nevertheless.

  • Wow that was amazing!

  • what the fuck is with the music?

  • We saw this clip in class, and since we were done reading it, so we knew what was going to go down. After he kills Laertes, I knew he was going to kill Claudius next so I figured "Okay, now he's going to go down the stairs and kill him" but no.

Hamlet THROWS the sword and spears him - hardcore.

  • This is stupid!! i wanted to hear them talking not the dumb music that is wayy too loud!! atleast balance the two, and not add loud ass music to the point where you cannot hear anyone talk!

  • Oh yuck... I think you found the only movie more inappropriate for a generic Hans Zimmer contemporary action score than Pirates of the Caribbean. Please change the audio.

  • does Osric stab himself or does somebody kill him? I've seen this version several times, and can never tell if he kills himself.

  • I like the choice of music, but the Patrick Doyle score can't be bettered.

  • Long live Hamlet? He dies you insensitive p***k! Ooops. Did i just spoil the play?

  • @SanctiCaeli To be long remembered or not, that's really the question! I think it's nobler in mind to keep Hamlet in loving memory. ^_^

  • @SanctiCaeli, anyone who's read the play knows that Hamlet dies at the end.

  • song?

  • this is brilliant!! i love hamlet :D:D:D

  • What's the name of the music playing? I know it's from the Pirates of the Carribean but which part of the soundtrack?

  • Why the hell are there soldiers pointing guns at Hamlet and Laertes, they're already dead?! 7:42

  • whats the song

  • I love happy endings.

  • @PaleHearse Happy?

  • @Bonzostar

    (Insert sarcasm)

That kind of humor doesn't play well in type I guess.

  • @PaleHearse Haha, sorry. It generally doesn't.

  • YEAH PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN MUSIC!

  • The ending reminds me of Ozymandias.

  • Such a douche move Leartes xP

Everyone dies....And worst part fortinbras and norway take over Denmark...

and like hamlet ophelia leartes and the and minister hamlets dad die. :( Claudius dies , Wonderful !

    Great video! d - -!

  • Drink it up B :)

  • saw this in class.

loved the movie, boring at times, but overall REALLY well done

plus I love the actor playing Hamlet. Super talent & Branaugh is hot ;D

  • Epic. We watched it in class. Everyone hated it when Robin Williams got killed, people were like, "WTF, why'd they do that?! He was just standing there!"

  • @AndrewFisher16 Osric got stabbed by one of the Norwegian soldiers that stormed the castle. It was a brief second so no one really caught it.

  • @AndrewFisher16 He doesn't even die in the actual play, only in this movie.

  • The Zefferelli/Mel Gibson version of this scene is MUCH better than this rather far-fetched concoction.

  • As the song says "When a ghost and a prince met, And everything ends in mincemeat!"

  • @gwk2103 It should be: "A ghost and a prince meet/And everyone ends in mincemeat..." , but I'm just a tortoise so how would I know?

  • This is actually really really really epic. 8'D

  • @MsChandlerJohnson agreed =)

  • GREAT VIDEO!

  • This project is amazing! And this is my favorite version of Hamlet and I love that soundtrack!

  • Beautifully done, and leaving in the 'Do not drink' line was masterful. Jacoby's sudden realization that everything is going wrong is fantastic.

  • Greatest Play and the Greatest Movie of that play.
