I've always wondered why cant we introduce free condoms like Indonesia do? Indonesia has a lot of muslims. Infact, one of the most muslim populated country in the world. Indonesians have similar culture like the malays do. And why cant we give free needles to drug addicts (but they must register with the health ministry) just to prevent HIV from spreading?
