Bossanova. Although, this is a different version of the song. I'm not sure where this version would be found. Perhaps a b-side or single? If you search "The Pixies - Cecilia Ann/Allison" here on YouTube, you'll hear the Bossanova version, along with another song, Alison.

This is the original version by the Surftones that the Pixies covered.
