ive got this too.. no one used the wii for ages and the kids left the wiiconnect on now ive got them all over the screen and its really noticable in games like bleach
well, sooner or later, you'll get tired of throwing your arms around to play a game. for the xbox 360, its good points are halo, GoW, and Medal of honor. For the wii, its ssbb, mario kart, and super mario sunshine. it all depends. do you like strategy games or action games?
Action... So i'll stick with mario, if i wanted a generic ONOEZ ALIENS! RUNNNN game, i would play halo, ON MY PC.
I still have a 360, yes, but the last game i played for it was SFIV because of the gamestop tournament, before that? phantasy star universe.
I now have a lovely balance of a modded wii, a ps3 that DOESNT NED TO BE MODDED, and will run NES games, and a 360 that i'll pick up now and again to play castle crashers with my cousin, so quit bitching about it, all the systems are good.
should get an elite. I have one and has never rrod. also have the wii. both have its own strong points, xbox-graphics, wii-playability(is that even a word?)
if not a hardcore gamer, go with the wii, but if you play video games a lot, best to go with the xbox 360
mine had the same problem, then i got a new one, try to limit your playing time and turn off standby mode, it should help prevent artifacting and make the wii live longer
Mine has the same problem. It all began when I activated the internet connection. When it is in stand by it overheats and slowly fries the GPU. It is stupid how it heats when it is in standby even more than when the Wii is on.
its overheating.

well thats why. you only play one game. there are many other titles for the 360, compared to the small amount the wii has

That doesn't work... I tried :(

was it artifacting before you started?
because if it was then its already too late
if your wii is still under warranty nintendo will replace it for free ^^

Mine is the same and most noticable on Zack and Wiki, too. Have emailed Ninty today to see how I go about getting it fixed.
