I enjoy watching these videos, gives me alot of useable ideas for training. Most of these guys are just flat out badass. Seem to be pretty down to earth, not like the muscle jocks at the gyms in this area.

Phorm, your interview videos are great; but these videos with these bar-warriors that you do where they show you a routine and provide commentary are the best. I found myself constantly engaged in the video, never losing interest, and finding it very informative and entertaining. I hope you do more videos showing some routines that these bar-warriors do while providing commentary, they're amazing. This video was great! Keep em coming! =D

@PowerDrink100 Thanks for your support ... The leg routine shown was very basic ... and let's not forget that the basics are the starting platforms used to build upon ... tendons and ligaments need to be built properly in order to insure a firm transition into more advanced workouts ...

What is it gonna take for you to stop saying "ghetto workout"? That reference is an insult to the people who are dedicated and passionate about FITNESS. There's nothing ghetto about that.

Superb: the man has an excellent physique and an easy-going personality. Obviously, he's just showing a few exercises for novices - he's capable of much, much more than this. Good video, and I am eager to see him do the more advanced exercises he mentioned.

If you want pure strength. Calisthenics is the way to go. Nothing is more powerful than having complete control of your body.
