That may be your case, petermanmannnn; I enjoy their flava in the dubstep game. To me, these two artists combine originality, and provide the soundtrack to future sounds. In due time, I agree, dubstep will creep into the POP scene in the 'States like you are looking for; all they need is a top-ranking lyrical surgeon to disect the cancer that remains in the POP game, and the masses will say to themselves, "THAT'S THA SHID RITE THERE!", and the registers will be ringin', along ears n' bass.

I guess I'm just not feeling this or something, seems overrated to me. But then again I think a lot of dub is overrated. I'm waiting for the moment a talented idm artist comes along and combines more tech melodies with dub bass drive and a tasteful amount of ambiance. Maybe throw in some tasteful samples. They're gonna blow the whole scene away. My guess is it's gonna happen when dub gets bigger in US. Im just waitin for genre to be takin to the next level. Send me good stuff if ya got it.
