However, I do have one question about this video (and I couldn't find any tabs on you homepage).

The first phrase goes as: E-E-D(2nd)-D(3rd)-D(2nd)-E-E(2­nd)-E(3rd)-E(2nd)

For the D(2nd)-D(3rd)-D(2nd) part I guess you play the D(2nd), hammer on the D(3rd), and finally pull off to D(2nd). (Same for the E(2nd)-E(3rd)-E(2nd) part.)

Is this correct?

Sorry but i would be against that buy. Boss has never made good Metal pedals. Instead you should buy a Über Metal from Line 6. It have better and more sounds aren't quite as noisy as the boss pedals

well actually the sound of your guitar is a lot of the type of pick ups ( single coil VS. humbucke) and possibly the type of amp you have (tube VS solid state). and some of it has to do with the way you play such as finger positions and picking. .
