My best friend has diabetes, and I've watched her go through this for the past year and a half. She's 12 and I'm 15, but we're still very close. Every time I watch her stick her finger, I cringe. She told me to do it on her finger once, because she wants me to understand that it's just something she has to do and it's part of her life, but it's still hard.
My friend and I will be doing the walk again this year. Hopefully a cure is soon found.

Great job, keep spreading the word! We will be walking in PA this year. (our video is Blake's Battle) and Blake send hugs to Jessica. One day this will be behind us.
