Oh, to be like you! It really makes me want to do more yoga - even though I am SO inflexible in yoga poses! I cannot even sit cross-legged, and never have been able to - even when I did karate 6 days a week and could do the splits!
I have a question re how do you manage to do these poses without hurting wrists? I find that even when I do chaturanga, my wrists get sore--I think that rather than putting weight onto my whole hand, I put the brunt of it onto the wrist area. Is there a way to make sure that my whole hand is bearing the weight and not just my wrist? Are there ways to strengthen this area? Thank you. Love your videos!! I learn so much from them!
For anyone who took gynastics as a kid, remember when you'd have someone spot you for trying new moves? I think I'd need someone to spot me for this! It looks intimidating.
