I think Lydia must have cut her own parachute, otherwise why would she have jumped out of the plane? She knew one of the parachutes was not going to work, and one of them was going to die. She had a very good chance of getting that faulty parachute, so it would stand to reason that she originally had intended to kill herself.

Nah she cut Zoe's she tells her that at New Year... she didn't want to get on the plane thats why she said not to do it when Zoe was freaking out.. I think she tells Zoe at New Year it was meant for her..but then it's all so confusing!

LOL it wont do...all parachutes have a reserve just in case the first one doesn't open(which is very rare). So unless one of your mates is a psychopathic cord-cutting bunny boiler, I wouldn't worry too much about it. ;)
